In this 2 day course: You will learn the fundamental skills required to design and build databases in Microsoft Access. From the basics such as database terminology, the course will take you through the process of designing and building a database, constructing tables and table relationships, creating queries to search and interrogate your data, and also provide you with the skills to create forms to ease data entry, and reports to output your information.

Prerequisites:

  • Use a mouse
  • Type and use a keyboard
  • Navigate through Windows files and folders
  • Work with Windows - minimise, maximise, open and close
  • Familiarity with the list-related tools in Microsoft Excel such as sorting and filtering would be beneficial, though not essential.
